RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All items to be returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions:
- A Return/exchange request must be raised strictly within 72 hours of receiving the product, whatsapp us on +91(9679966192) with your order ID and other necessary information.
- Once approved dispatch parcel at your end within two days to the address mentioned:
- Returns are accept on defects only.

Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer itself unless there has been any mistake from our side.
- All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered and in saleable condition. Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree will not be accepted.
- Altered/ Customized products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Accessories such as belts, bags,masks etc are not returnable.
- Incase of exchange it is better to let us know before hand so that we can keep the product or size aside for you. Any returned item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
MODE OF REFUND:
- Incase of return,a gift card of same value will be issued with validity of 1year can be used for any purchase on the website.
- Gift cards, refunds and shipping re-imbursements would be processed within 2-4 days after the product is received by us.
PLEASE NOTE:
On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please inform us about the same, whatsapp us on +919679966192 mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted by you, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.
